1. Yoga classes and consultancy services:
Minimum level of personal information is requested to run our business effectively. This is the data that you provide to us directly like your name and contact details. We do not obtain information from a third party source outside our business. We keep notes respective to your discussion with Vinod Dulal to give and treat you better in the consultancy session. We may ask questions related to your medical history. Before obtaining information about your medical history a prior consent is needed. Information of medical data like allergies, pregnancy or an injury is noted for an unhindered completion of your service.
2. Marketing:
Marketing campaigns are automated and are based on services offered, and information gained from you. Whenever you sign up, fill forms or share your personal data with us willfully, we consider that as your consent to receive marketing offers from us via phone, mail, email or SMS marketing. We may send marketing campaigns / offers, promotional messages, newsletters, announcements, special offers, upcoming event notifications and alerts about the payment process. However, you may opt out, if you want to at any time.
